Lotus Biscoff (125g)

The fantastic Lotus Caramelized Biscuits are back. Lotus Biscoffs are known throughout the world and have now established themselves as the biscuits offered on planes. These delicious sweets have much more distant origins, because their history is rooted in Belgian tradition. This type of biscuit is called speculoos and, as we said, it is a real specialty in Belgium, usually prepared on 6 December on the occasion of the feast of Saint Nicholas. The latter is considered a sort of precursor of Santa Claus and indeed, in some countries it is he who brings gifts to children. Lotus biscuits, therefore, were prepared on this occasion but also for birthdays or other holidays.
